Hotel Jen Beijing

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the business district of this city. The location was excellent, with easy access to two subway stations and taxis waiting outside the lobby. The staff, including the cleaning ladies, were very friendly, patient, and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious and luxurious rooms that offered a great view. The daily breakfast and dinner package, along with the free mini bar, nespresso coffee, and fruit bowls, provided excellent value for the money. The cleanliness of the hotel, especially the clear mirror in the bathroom after a shower, was a sweet detail that we loved.

I recently stayed at a hotel located in between two subway stations, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice view of the nearby CCTV tower. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with friendly and helpful attitudes. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was delicious. the hotel is located close to a shopping center where you can find many restaurants, such as DingTaiFeng.

That the hotel signage was not clear, making it difficult to find initially.

This hotel was truly luxurious, with exclusive amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa centre. the room advantages were exceptional, with a comfortable bed and private facilities. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered tasty food and drinks, and the Snack bar was very convenient. The location advantages were perfect for tourists, with tourist attractions within easy reach by subway or taxi. Cons: the only minor issue was the occasional language barrier with the staff, but this is common in China. this hotel more than met my expectations and I would definitely return.

This hotel is a true luxury experience. From the exclusive amenities to the spacious and comfortable rooms, the attention to detail is impressive. the Spa & wellness center offers relaxing treatments and the indoor swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip. the restaurant serves delicious food and the bar/lounge area offers a variety of drinks.

The only minor issue was with the service. While the staff was friendly, some had difficulty with English.

We had a fantastic stay at Jen Beijing By Shangri-La! The room was spacious and offered amazing views of the Beijing CBD. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff made sure to replenish the food regularly. The location was also convenient, being next to the World Trade Tower. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel location was superb, just a short walk from the metro station and easily accessible to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was really good, offering a wide range of delicious options to start the day off right.

There were a few drawbacks. The currency exchange services at the lobby were not available, inconvenient who needed to exchange foreign currencies.

Fantastic location with great views of the CCTV tower in the heart of the Beijing CBD. China World Mall next door offers a variety of dining options and luxury shopping. Easy access to subway line 1 from the hotel via the mall. Incredible gym and swimming pool facilities for a professional workout.

Felt secure and had nothing to complain about.
